AgOpen Technologies, Inc. files to incorporate in Delaware
ANTLERS, Okla., November 2, 2026 — AgOpen Technologies, Inc., an agricultural technology company founded by Ricky Piggott, has filed to incorporate as a Delaware C-Corporation. The formation filing was submitted through Harvard Business Services and is in process.
The problem: the “ghost cow”
Cattle are among the most valuable assets on many operations, yet lenders and insurers often cannot prove that a specific animal exists, where it is, or that it is the same animal listed on the paperwork. Without that proof, they frequently ask producers to pledge real estate instead of the herd itself.
What AgOpen is building
AgOpen is developing per-animal verification that pairs a rumen bolus with an ear tag to give each animal a checkable identity. The goal is for cattle to serve as verified collateral, so lenders and insurers can rely on records they can check.
AgOpen is a development-stage, pre-revenue company. Its products are in the final stages of development and have not yet shipped.
Rooted in cattle country
AgOpen is based in Antlers, Oklahoma. The founder’s family runs 7-G Ranch and owns 76 Cattle LLC; both are separate from AgOpen Technologies, Inc.
“Lenders and insurers should be able to prove a specific animal, whether you own 1 cow or 1,000 cows. That is what we are building.” — Ricky Piggott, Founder & CEO
